Born close to Napoli, Italy, Giuseppe–Peppe–Castallano has worked in Europe’s 5 Star establishments, including Hotel Leopardi, Ched Di Meo, Salvatori, La Misenetta, La Canzunollo, Residenz Hotel and others. In the US, he has worked in Massachussetts and Connecticut. He is recognized as a top New York chef and has appeared as a TV guest of Martha Stewart. He creates dishes based, in part, on authentic Neapolitan cuisine and has established a food import business to better source quality ingredients.
