Our Signature

The word, tiella, takes its name from the Italian word for a cast-iron pan that is used for baking, grilling or frying; it is so distinctive that any dish cooked in a tiella itself is known as a tiella.

Inspired by the home cooked meals of Naples, Italy, TIELLA serves its signature tile as a pizza-like appetizer baked in our wood-fired oven.
